The Cancer patients who mostly belong to below poverty level strata are receiving food grains from Swamijis. The food grains are generously donated to the Ashram by Rotary Inner Wheel Club of New Bombay Seaside, Nerul

Dear Sir/Madam,

            You are fully aware of disastrous landslide, cloudburst and flood in the state of Jammu and Kashmir.

             The Sangha has started distribution of cooked food, baby-food, clothing, blankets etc. in the flood affected areas of Udhampur. The Jammu Branch of Bharat Sevashram Sangha, presently distributing cooked food at Chatani, Panchari, Ramnagar areas of Udhampur district.  They are also distributing blankets, utensils in Chenab area. 

            The Sangha is a purely Charitable Organization and depends entirely on public charities. We fervently appeal to you to kindly extend your helping hand to mitigate the sufferings of affected people of Jammu and Kashmir.                         The Jammu branch of Bharat Sevashram Sangha, immediately after the disaster were trying to reach the most affected areas but due to inaccessibility they could not reach. However a few days later the Sangha has started distribution of cooked food, baby-food, clothing, blankets etc. in the flood affected areas of Udhampur, Surajchak, Chhatwari areas in and around of Jammu since 10^th Sep, 2014.

            The Sangha is a purely Charitable Organization and depends entirely on public charities. We fervently appeal you to kindly extend your helping hand to mitigate the sufferings of Jammu and Kashmir people.
