An Appeal for J&K Flood Relief

To

Dear Sir/Madam,

                                    You are fully aware of disastrous landslide, cloudburst and flood in the state of Jammu and Kashmir, Srinagaris totally isolated. Millions of people are still missing.

                        The Jammu branch of Bharat Sevashram Sangha, immediately after the disaster were trying to reach the most affected areas but due to inaccessibility they could not reach. However a few days later the Sangha has started distribution of cooked food, baby-food, clothing, blankets etc. in the flood affected areas of Udhampur, Surajchak, Chhatwari areas in and around of Jammu since 10^th Sep, 2014.

            The Sangha is a purely Charitable Organization and depends entirely on public charities. We fervently appeal you to kindly extend your helping hand to mitigate the sufferings of Jammu and Kashmir people. A/C payee cheques in favour of Bharat Sevashram Sangha will be thankfully acknowledged by the undersigned.

            Please note that donations are exempted from I. Tax U/S 80 – G, of I. T. Act vide no. DIT (E) /121/8E/84/63-64, valid up to Asst. yrs. 2014-15.  PAN- AAATB733IF.
