Holi Milan By Helping Hand

Like every year Helping Hand arranged an entertainment program (Holi Milan) at the Ashram Premises on 25^th March, 2017, for the Cancer Patients staying here.

They started their program with a small speech of introduction by Mr. Prem Srivastava, a veteran social worker.  Then Mrs. Geeta S Advani and Swmai Prashantananda gave short speeches inviting and encouraging the Cancer Patients.  Mrs Aparajita Sinha recited a poetry from Katha o Kahini by Rabindranath Tagore. Then there was a Magic Show by Mr Sanjay Kumar. The Magician involved the patients and children in his magic and the show was very entertaining. After this a game session followed.  This was very well enjoyed by the patients. Mr Surendra Gokhale & team presented a wornderful musical show. Dr Sangeeta Jevtani gave an awareness  talk. A Q&A session also followed, the Doctor discussed many important matters regarding Cancer with the patients. Later on there were various competitions for the patients. The winners received prizes. At the end there was a sumptuous lunch for all the inmates of the Ashram.
